Please consult your physician before starting any exercise program. If you find an exercise is painful, leave it out or use a modification if you know one. Nothing in Pilates should be painful.
Please take these classes only if you’ve been approved by a doctor. And don’t ever do something that doesn’t feel right. Break it down or do a variation of it. Or leave it out all together!
