Mat classes are held in the Ridgewood, NJ studio and simultaneously on Zoom. The Ridgewood Pilates Mat classes are based on the Classical Mat Progression starting with the Hundred and ending with the Seal and Pushups (and a few more as you become more advanced!). The more you practice, the more you will see and feel the difference Pilates can make! Ridgewood Mat Classes are 45 minutes each.

Intermediate / Advanced Mat
Monday 9 – 9:45 AM
This class is for folks with some experience with mat Pilates. We’ll move quickly through the classical Pilates mat progression, adding variations and using different tools to challenge us. You’ll be relieved the class is only 45 minutes long!
Follow Along Intermediate / Advanced – Zoom option available
Friday 9 – 9:45 AM
This is a follow – along so I will set the pace during this flowing workout. Join us if you’re familiar with the classical mat progression and are ok moving quickly. Please note: individual feedback will be limited in this class. And don’t forget to bring a towel to wipe your brow!
Moderately-Paced Classical Mat Class – Zoom option available

Finished with the Back to Basics class and looking for the next step? Want to add a mat class to your weekly exercise regimen and interested in Pilates? This class is perfect. We cover the classical Intermediate Pilates Mat progression in a slow-paced but challenging way. 45 minutes. Join us!
10-Week Pilates Back-to-Basics Foundations Series – Zoom option available

What is all the Pilates fuss about? Join us and learn (or relearn) the Classical Mat Pilates Progression in this 10-week class. For the first 8 weeks, we will learn the exercises and then put them together in two full mat classes. Each class will be in person (or live in Zoom). You’ll receive a video of the class to practice during the week so that by the next class, you’ll be stronger and ready to move forward.

Foundational Mat Series (On Demand)
Have you always wanted to learn Pilates? Have you heard about the benefits of improved strength, posture, mobility, flexibility, and more?? This is the perfect class for you! Whether you’ve never done Pilates OR if you’d like to revisit the basics, this class covers the foundational principles and classical progression of Pilates in a 10-week comprehensive self-paced class.
This video-based 10-week class is perfect for those who cannot make it to in-person Ridgewood Mat classes, or those who want to take a mat class from home on their own time. Each week you’ll have a difference video with progressively more difficult exercises. You’ll practice each week with the videos so that, as Joe Pilates promised, “In 10 sessions, you’ll feel the difference, in 20 sessions you’ll see the difference, and in 30 sessions, you’ll have a whole new body!”
ReBoot Program- Pilates and Nutrition Together
ReBoot Program! Join me and Imperfect Nutrition Registered Dietician and Weight Loss Expert, Amy Mackenzie in a virtual small group setting in which you’ll get stronger, enjoy more energy and lose weight, too! Pilates classes are progressive through the program with videos sent after each class. After 10 classes, you’ll have learned the Foundational mat progression and will be on your way to achieving some of your weight loss goals, too!
