Mat class are held on Zoom and also in person at our Ridgewood, NJ studio. We allow 4 people in the studio on a first come first -served basis while others work from home. The classes are based on the Classical Mat Progression starting with the Hundred and ending with the Seal and Pushups (and a few more as you become more advanced!) The more you come, the more you will see and feel the difference Pilates can make! Classes are 45 minutes each.
Mat Class Schedule:
MONDAY MORNING: 9 – 9:45AM
Intermediate – Advanced level: This class is for folks with some experience with mat Pilates. We’ll move quickly through the classical Pilates mat progression, adding variations and using different tools to challenge us. You’ll be relieved the class is only 45 minutes long!
TUESDAY EVENING: 7 -7:45PM
ReBoot program only: Classes are progressive through the program with the objective after 10 classes of practicing and understanding and completing a solid Foundational mat progression.
FRIDAY MORNING: 10 – 10:45AM
Follow Along Intermediate – Advanced level: I will be working out with you and setting the pace during this flowing workout. Join us if you’re familiar with the classical mat progression and are ok moving quickly. Please note: individual feedback will be limited in this class. And don’t forget to bring a towel to wipe your brow!
