If you are stuck there, make the most of your time! Try these three great stretches you can do in a few minutes right at your desk. 

For each, don’t forget to:

1- Lift through your torso as though someone is pulling your hair up to the ceiling
2- Pull belly in so your back doesn’t arch
3- Keep your shoulders reaching down your back
