As a registered dietitian with over six years of nutrition coaching experience, Amy has helped hundreds of clients achieve their weight loss and health goals. She believes that in order to achieve lasting change, it is essential for nutrition recommendations and diet modifications to fit each individual’s unique preferences and lifestyle.
Prior to completing her dietetic internship at University of Wisconsin Hospital & Clinics, Amy worked as a research assistant at Columbia University Medical Center on a meta-analysis of the effects of omega-3 fatty acids on depression. She graduated with a BA in Psychology from Williams College, where she was a member of the women’s varsity basketball and track & field teams for four years. After college, Amy spent six years working in the hedge fund industry in New York City before deciding to pursue a career centered around her passion for health and wellness.
